Fun and Work

For the past few weeks, I have been kinda busy with my assignments since starting of this semester, our semester has been squeeze into 12 weeks instead of 14 weeks =___= Though so, I still have some fun hanging around with my friends n_n

This semester I am taking Digital Video and Audio which I could do filming and I get to use the semi-pro camcorder to record my video ^___^v

Actually last sem, we used the same camcorder to do our Final Year Project (FYP) but I have no idea how to use it and most of the time, we just leave it to one of our group member who has some idea about filming and handling the camcorder ^__n

Honestly, the filming part was really fun though the preparation was quite troubling for not all the items that I need for our filming is available in one place =___+

All the hours of preparation and filming is in this 1 hour mini DV tape *o*

Happy New Year 2011

Hahaha...it was yesterday but I was rather busy with my own things to deal with and only today that I realize that I forgotten to update my poor little blog which I have been abandoning for half a month now...

Looking back to 2010, I guess I have achieve something and learnt something new from it like great team work that in the team that I have gain is not just being given a name "TEAM MEMBERS" and doing the assignment individually in the end... I really work with them and we brainstorm ideas together and face the problems and solve the problems together but the most memorable part is "LESS ME MORE WE"
There are some unhappy events that I have faced in 2010 but most of the time it's happy just that sometimes I'm rather busy with stuff and I did not blog or maybe I'll back date it when I have time this summer holiday n_n

Bliss

"Bliss" is just the word to describe my feelings these few days n_n

Our video shooting project was quite smooth spending 2 days time to finish the overall shooting and yesterday after worrying about my final exam result publication for 3 days, I got my result and...yea~ I pass all 4 subjects that I have taken *o*

When I open up my refrigerator, I found some Hershey's chocolate with the name "Bliss", what a coincidence ♥♥ which means that I'll be adding some extra "bliss" to my weight during the holidays =_='''

So far my progress in my To-Do-List is 40% done (kinda lagging off the schedule)...

Final Exam Finally Final n_n

Finally after 2 weeks of suffering for studies and worrying for my final exam, now it has ended and I can enjoy for sometime for my own hobby activities and video shooting for my next semester's assignment n_n

What to do next???

To-Do-List

• Sew curtains and decorating my little doll house
• Sew some dresses for my dolls
• Get my room tidy up after neglecting it for 2 weeks *_*
• Crafting some cute stuff (Hope that it works)
• Learn some ribbon embroidery (if the time allows me to do so)

Hope that everything goes well and I can get these things done before the holiday ends n_='''
One thing for sure is that I'll update my blogs more frequent whenever there is something special happening around me hahaha...

Encouragement

These few days, I've been studying for my final exams and I tend to get headaches and sometimes I think that I'm slowing down and needed more rest than usual...
My exams are just a few days away and sometimes I get distracted to go online to refresh my mind but I'm glad that my exams are next week else I think I'll be studying like crazy hahaha....

My friend got me some caramel candies and they really taste nice especially the traditional-looking green box which is green tea flavor n_n Sometimes he might be a little funny when he asked to give him some encouragement and a wish of "Good Luck" but well, it's a mental solution that gives some mentally encouragement and I felt good when I was frustrated that time...

Well, I'm glad that I have found some inspiration to study n_n

Exam is Coming Soon

My exam is coming soon and I have 2 subjects in my final exam which will be in a week time but I'm still kinda lagging away for this was the worst week for due date for assignment was everywhere and me and my assignment partners were constantly chasing after time... Finally, everything was done but I just feel that I need a rest...but I do not have the time to take a break...lol...

Recently, I'm addicted to Restaurant City (Facebook Games),

they have lots of new things to attract players to play the game but I'm not so addicted now that I have got the Sushi bar and Drink Bar with the help from my friends n_n
Say Good Bye to Restaurant City until I finish my exam in July~ ^_^

Other from Restaurant City, Poupee is another game which attracts me to play and especially June has come which is the June Bride event (many couples get married in this very month) where my Poupee Girl can get to shop for wedding dress n_n

Lovely right but still my exam is coming and I should concentrate more on my study instead of game but probably a short break to update my Poupee does not make much harm since now that I deserted my Facebook games like Country Story (about a month), Pet Society (3 months), Social City (recently) and Restaurant City (starting from now on since I already hit my target) n_^

Poupee Girl and Ameba Pico will be updated daily only n_n

Today the people from TMnet has come to install Streamyx just right after I register for the Streamyx Uni Pack on Tuesday ♥♥

Streamyx Uni Pack is opened to university students who are studying either in their year 1 or year and it must be certified by the university O_O

A Brand New Semester

Once again a brand new semester begins but for this semester, all the subjects are much interesting in a way that they are more to project based and the topic is free as well whereby we can choose the topic that we want n_n

My Camera is DEAD....Lomography or NOT?

Yesterday after taking pictures of my Hina Matsuri when I wanted to turn on the power of the camera again, my the power button was not functioning and my dad told me that probably it's time to change it @_@'''
Sad...

Well, my dad is gonna buy the similar model but I got my interest set on lomography instead...

What I like about lomography is...

- it is a random snapshot whereby the pictures are captured into the film and you won't or don't have the chance to think how will the picture look like

- furthermore, the pictures that you take are pictures that you seldom take whereby there can be blurred ones and over-saturated colors which is an art that we missed when viewing the pictures from the digital camera's LCD

- besides that it's light weighted since most of the parts are made from plastic and even the lens which weights altogether 150-200gm inclusive of the film

- another reason that I love these lomo cams is that they are now made into stylish designs whereby they are suitable to be brought around casually as part of your accessories

- apart from that, films certifies that the pictures that you take are GENUINE and NOT EDITED!!

but...

the thing that I don't like about lomography is that the pictures needed to be develop to view the pictures and for myself...

it can be a trouble I would say for photo shops are taking in lesser film-picture developing business for most people are developing digital-camera-pictures which can take a long while for the last time when my dad took his last piece of film to develop...it took him like 2 weeks to get the pictures and the reason is that too little films to develop can be very costly and hence, they would need to collect until a certain amount of films before they can develop them @@

has lead me to more considerations whether or not to buy a lomo...

Hina Matsuri (Doll Festival)

While updating my Poupee Girl's Dress Up today, I found a cute little pair of Hina-ninyo (Hina-dolls) placed on the white side table ♥
♥ KAWAII♥

Hence, I zoom in to have a clearer look of the Imperial dolls which are the Emperor doll and the Emperess doll in Heian-period costume n_n

I can't wait to celebrate my 1st Hina Matsuri tonight with my newly bought miniature Hina-ninyo along with Merissa Seraphy ♥♥♥

House Renovation

It's being quite sometime since I last updated my blog in early January n_n
Wondering what I've being up to these whole time O_O?
Well, my house was on renovation and I was asked to take care of the renovation in case the contractor or his members needed any help...well, at first it was a total boredom whereby you are doing nothing but "looking" at them doing the renovation work and basically they do not need a credulous person like me to help them =_=""

One of my mischievous works hehehe....

Up to this part, I've got along with the members of Buildcom whereby they taught and let me tried on some of their works and hey! I can do it as well but it is a tiring job which needed lots of strength and experiences so that you wouldn't hurt yourself (I adopted shoulder aches after using too much of my shoulder strength @@)

Some of them might look easy but if you are inexperience...maybe you have holes on your wall after you finish it ^_^''' --LEAVE IT TO THE EXPERTS--

Team work is important as well for if you are not working together well...
you might just find yourself working for ages but the work is still unfinish *_*'''

The Boss gets into action as well to speed up the work n_n

Guess what is he doing creating more "mess" on the floor O_O

Well, he's refilling the gaps between the tiles to ensure that no other dirty particles will get in n_n
I kinda got unhappy when he didn't let me try but later when I got permission to try it from the others...I find that pure cement can dehydrate your skin causing irritations on the skin +_+

From this period of time, I actually learn a lot from them and they treated me as part of their members and I'm really glad to have them as my friends n_n

I wish this year of the Tiger will bring them more luck and prosperity ^_^

A brand new year for a brand new day and my Poupee Girl greets:

It's been a year and 10 months plus, I've been playing this virtual game, Poupeegirl which my friend introduced it to me and let's start with the Dress Up to welcome the New Year ^_^

These are some of the combinations that I've made for my New Year look for my Poupeegirl which I've bought her some new items for her little closet and we are ready to go down town n_n

In the Poupee Town we are able to buy new appareals for our Poupeegirl, chat with other girls or even guys in town and get to know the latest fashion in town as well as getting to know new friends in town and now let's check out the latest appareal on sale at the Katharine Shop *o*

I see a "NEW" sign on top which indicates that there are new items on sale *o*

In the shop, we can browse and if you want to know how the dress will look on your Poupeegirl, simply click on the "See Images" button and a Poupee Model will model the items that you want n_n

Some times the dresses made for Poupeegirls are designers-made-items which means that they are also available in reality like these new dresses which looks the same as the ones that the models above are wearing ^_^

Melvin's Graduation Party ^_^

Melvin's Graduation at Swan Teem Restaurant, RH Plaza was a great place for all of us to celebrate his graduation and hang out together n_n Everyone gets to cook their own desired food at their own way either to pan-fry or cook it in the soup ^_^
Oppsy...I've forgotten to mentioned that it was a steamboat *O*

It's a half steamboat and buffet style whereby one person is RM18 and you can choose the type of raw food that you wanna cook ~
