Second-hand Children Kimono

My COSvention event blog is still a long way to go for there are like a hundred plus pictures that I've taken during the event as well as my personal Lolita outing ~_~ So instead of leaving my blog empty, I've choose to blog something else ^^


Today I'm gonna blog on my newly bought second-hand children kimono from Yamatoku cLassic at ebay.com with help from Ian to place the last 3 minute bids ~o~ There is like 3 bids on the kimono before me which have reached USD$ 8+ and Ian manage to win the bid by USD$ 1+ ^_^


The whole cost only RM102 inclusive of EMS shipping and PayPal fee which came to his place within like days time and he passed it to me during the COSvention at Boulevard n.n The first time that I get to see the second-hand children kimono which is said to be owned in the year 1970 looks so new that it is hard to believe that it is a second-hand O_O


Wow! I show it to my mom as well as my friends during the COSvention and they all said it looks new ^u^ Just that a little too big for little Isa-chan n_n"
I learn from Onineko that a real kimono from Japan could not be kept by a family more than 99 years for after a hundred years old, it is said that the kimono will somewhat come to live O_O" When I was listening like half way through from Onineko...I almost wanna throw away the kimono but luckily Onineko quickly finish off by telling me that different ownership will prevent the kimono from coming back to live ~,~ phew~ I was imagining that the kimono will fly around the room in the middle of the night or something "white" coming out from there X_X

While waiting for my dad to finish his weekend shopping, I browse around and found some lacey and Lolita-look-alike parasol *w* nya...
Some are foldable ones with simple polka-dot prints and some have heart shaped prints while the unfoldable ones are normally plain designs and yet, they cost only from RM24-RM30 ^_^ Hehehe...so I went opening the foldable ones to look at the style n_^
After awhile browsing, the salesgirl walk to me and stopped me from opening more umbrellas O.O


I ignored her and continue have my sweet time browsing and I finally I make my decision to buy the pink one for it has a longer handle than the foldable ones and when it is opened up, it actually looks like the parasols that a seller is selling on her blogspot but hers has laces and mine are plain ^_n Therefore, I've got some plans of decorating my look-alike parasol with some ribbons or laces to make it look lovely *w*

Preparation for the COSvention Event Tomorrow

Tick-Tock...Tick-Tock...Tick-Tock...
Our Swinburne Anime and Mange Society (SAMS) have been invited to Boulevard for the COSvention event which is held tomorrow until 2nd of August >_<" Haha...last minute preparation for myself for I'm just there to have some fun wearing my Lolita costume ^^ Check out some of my preparation >_n


Gonna bring some Re-Ments and my Haro-chan for display at the COSvention~ For the cake spoon and fork, they are for posing use when taking pictures tomorrow ^^


These are some of the stuff that I need to have it in my little house bag for tomorrow's use >_n Hehehe...the only thing that is not in the picture is my camera which I was using to take this picture ^^


The cute little pink ribbon is to mark my little house bag just in case anyone got the same bag and got mix up later at the COSvention >_<"

- Kuroshitsuji fanbook (found it at Comic Fiesta and waiting for my friend to COD for me)

- Re-Ment - Dearly Uttorisweet (looking for friends to ship with me from XL-Shop)

- Cosplay costume (still considering which to buy)

Looks like half of my wishlist are Kuroshitsuji stuff >_<"" owee...I found the fanbook for Kuroshitsuji which was sold at Daicon and one of the seller is selling it but the problem is she can't post it out and my friend who agrees to help me COD (Cash On Delivery) is currently busy and I can't contact her yet while other buyers are going for the fanbook as well...sweats... Don't wanna talk about it anymore... Recently I'm quite into Kuroshitsuji stuff and few days back...I actually feel like cosplaying as Grel (the dark side one with the chainsaw) Found this wallpaper through Yahoo Image search back last week >_n hehe...somehow I think my looks does not match cosplaying as Grel ^_^"

Re-ment Princess Tea Party

Today I found this amazing tea set from the manufacturer name Re-Ment ♪ They are wonderful little tea sets which has been released last year ♪ I just love the details that Re-Ment they have made for their miniature sets and let's check out these lovely little Princess Tea Party Set ♪♪Image taken from Ruten.com.twImage taken from Re-Ment Official Site

This one especially is my favorite piece in the set is this one No. 1 Crown Motif Tea Set like in the description, when it's closed, it looks like a little doll's castle while inside, it hide a treasure of miniature tea party sets ♪ I bet most of those who are into Lolita like myself would love to own one for themselves ♪♪ Don't you?

No. 5 A Rocking Horse Cutlery Stand is another one of my favorite and look at the mini rocking horse ♪ At first I thought it was a little bird cage or a pink canopy but when I click on the real picture..."wow" ♪ It's a cutlery stand that looks like a bird cage with a mini antique looking rocking horse which is usually seen in victorian art ♪♪

Check this out ♪ Re-Ment have done a great combination for the Princess Tea Party Set and collectors can enjoy matching these wonderful sets together to create a different tea party set whereby some can be create like a garden tea party like the first picture on the left side as well as a night tea party like the picture on the right side ♪♪ Try mix and match them and you'll find more joy of collecting them ♪♪

Though this set is still under backordered status but it doesn't stop me from hunting for these wonderful tea set ♪♪ I have got some friends to help me with my tea party set hunting ^^ Even if I don't have the complete set but at least half of the set would satisfy me ♪♪

Back Blogging again~

Hi,
I guess those who knew me and have read my blog, it has been awhile since I last entry...
Much have happen, my beloved kitty pet, Garfield has pass away like half a year plus by now...my life have changed a lot in a year time from a care-less and carefree person to another person whom I don't know who I am...
I gradually become to go deeper into this Lolita, Gothic and cosplay stuff and my expenditure has increased nowadays buying Lolita stuff and things that I once love and like but never think of buying them for I always think that such a hobby is a waste but thinking clearly...I'm actually wasting my money on Gundam hobby as well, buying Gundam stuff and mangas...
Hahaha...I begin to understand that hobby is not really a matter of just spending the money but it's a matter of interest that we should be proud to have one ♪♪
I try my best to share with everyone my life, hobby as well as interest ♪

My Re-sit result is out...

Hehehe...Sugoiii~ My hard work paid ^w^ Though it was a hard time for me to pull myself up in the middle of the night to study for my re-sit but it's worth it n.n Of course, i've pass my re-sit so i can enrolled to 2nd semester ^_^ All thanks to my hubby dear n oso everyone around me supporting me n cared for me T____T sooo...touch~

Well, in the mean time my hubby dear's 2nd bro is gonna go to S'pore to work since he has frens inviting him to work there n of course it's a gud place
to gain more experience working there though we might be missing him n_n mmm...during this month of February, i got to know somewhat things that i don really
know about cars n audio system *_* Everyone was kinda having mix feelings of happy n worry n also a lil missing when knowing that he's gonna work in S'pore n especially hubby dear...both of them get along very well n i sincerely wish him Good Luck! Not cause his my hubby's 2nd bro but he's been a gud fren ^_^

On Valentine's Day ^o^

Sometimes we really cant seem to predict suprises comin from our frens out of the 'RED' n_n Well, we usually think that every Valentine's Day is for couples to celebrate it together n appreciate the relationship n all those Valentine's stuff which we'll do to celebrate Valentine's Day n.n

Suprisingly one of our fren whom we got to know around months, gave us Valentine's Day presents not that he's in love with both of us but it's to wish both me n hubby dear a long lasting relationship O.o

Well...it's true that i felt shock when he told us he wanted to buy Valentine's present for us 2 days back n eventually, the suprising thing is that i din think it was a weird thing to do so o.o Me n hubby dear actually thought of buying him a Valentine's present in return n_o

My Valentine's Present has arrived!

Hubby dear wa AISHITERU! Hehehe...soo happyyyyy...today is CNY eve whereby me n my family will eat together somewhat like a fanily gathering n.n So half of the dishes are home cooked by both my daddy n grandma while another half is a take away from 'PIAO XIANG RESTAURANT' which catered for CNY eve n_^

It was around 3pm in the noon when we were about to leave home to get our take away orders when a PosLaju van came to my gate saying that there's a parcel for me ^_O Sooo..delighted to sign the package n open it n.n


How sweet to see my valentine's present which my hubby dear had ordered for me from West M'sia ^_^
^_^ This actually a keychain which i bought last year at My Life Collection n i suites my Valentine's Day present well n.n

Hehehe...I'll prepare my gift for White Valentine's Day n_^ Secret~

My January summary...

My final examination is finally out on the 14 January 2008 but doesn't turns out to be what i've expected *_*

Sigh~ I'failed my HBM 110...Well, honestly i work quite hard in my degree program a lot harder than i was in mmy previous school years n hubby dear gave me a lot of support n guide me to be more hardworking o.o At the very beginning when i 1st got to know my result, i thought i failed my QuantitativeAnalysis for the code for both Quatitative Analysis n The Marketing Concept is about the same just that Quantitative Analysis's code is HMB 110 *_*"

Due to the examination result slip distributing schedule for Multimedia students is in the afternoon (which i usually spent my noon time with hubby dear at his shop to help out...i mean looking after the shop), i din take my result til 21 January 2008 @@" i got a shock knowing that i actually failed my Marketing Concept +_+ NOOOOO...I felt as though i fell into a deep deep black hole...Well, the least i can do is re-sit the paper since i'm given the chance...Yup! Can say lucky me i got a re-sit n hubby dear supported me to take the re-sit paper so i'll start my studies again on my Marketing Concept @_^ GAMBATTEEE!

I'll do my best n thanks alot for supporting me my dear hubby ^_^ Really gives me the strenght to study for my re-sit paper though CNY is just around the corner @_@"
